Project Delivery and Financing

Overview

At the core of Advanced Plasma Power’s offering is flexibility in the way we can work with you on project delivery and financing. 

Whichever option you select, service will be at the heart of how we work with you.

We have four primary offerings to businesses which should suit all buyers of the Gasplasma^® energy from waste process. 

We will be involved in all stages of your design through to commissioning and operations, and work with you and your multiple business partners (such as financiers or engineers) to ensure your plant becomes operational. 

APP can also offer staff training and a comprehensive service programme post-commissioning.

The four business models are:

2. Joint Venture (“JV”)
3. Partnership
4. Own and operate

Licence

A standard Gasplasma^® licence can be sold and licensed to you whereby you arrange all the necessary engineering and the funding to construct the plant. We will supply you with the Gasplasma^® technology and as much advice as you need on the non-supplied items.

Joint Venture ("JV")

APP has experience of working in joint ventures and understands the confidence that this gives to all parties concerned with the project. We find that this relationship ensures that our sales process is aligned with your interests. Joint ventures in equal shares or as little as 10% can be considered.

Partnership

A partnership in a project may be rewarded differently than a joint venture but the principles that govern our service will remain the same. Your project needs to be delivered on time and to budget and working in partnership ensures you of our best efforts at all times.

Own and operate

APP is developing its own plants and will design, build, own and operate them. With experience in developing projects APP can be in the best position to advise you of the issues that surround a development of this sort - whether it is during planning or a matter within the construction or operation of the plant we have the experience to assist you.
